There is currently a Kitchener-Waterloo & Cambridge local chapter for the Weston A. Price Foundation. The Weston A. Price Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charity founded in 1999 to disseminate the research of nutrition pioneer Dr. Weston Price. The Foundation is dedicated to restoring nutrient-dense foods to the human diet through education, research and activism. It supports a number of movements that contribute to this objective including accurate nutrition instruction, organic and biodynamic farming, pasture-feeding of livestock, community-supported farms, honest and informative labeling, prepared parenting and nurturing therapies.  Click here to learn more about the Weston A. As chapter leader, it is my job to help people find local, seasonal, organic, and nutrient-dense, traditional foods. In this area, we are very lucky to have access to some of the very best, and most nutrient-dense foods to nourish ourselves, and our families.  Please visit my resources and local food page for this information.

As a growing chapter of the WAPF, I strive to hold meetings every few months in which all are welcome to attend, eat, and learn!  I will post all related meetings and events here.
