How To De-Stress And Detoxify With Sauna Therapy

I got an amazing gift from my brother this past Christmas.  He lives in Alberta, and I in Ontario, so I don’t get to see him often.  He was coming home for Christmas for a couple of weeks, so I asked him to build me a sauna while he was here, being the handy guy he is.  Well, he did one better – he bought me one!  I was completely shocked and blown away!

I’m Addicted To Coffee (and no, I don’t drink it!)

If you are a person with adrenal exhaustion, stimulants containing caffeine like coffee, tea, or chocolate are the last thing you need to add insult to injury!  Unfortunately though, adrenal fatigue is so commonplace that to start your day without a cup of coffee would be out of the ordinary.  We are so burned out, over worked and chronically fatigued that the use of stimulants to keep us going at our crazy pace is just, well, normal!  It is a vicious cycle though, because even though these common stimulants give us more energy, it is only temporary and does not solve the problem.  In fact, coffee wears down the adrenal glands even more making the adrenal fatigue worse!  Thank goodness I never became addicted to drinking coffee, or else I would be in much worse shape than I am now.

Nutritional Balancing ~ Where I Started From

I first learned about Nutritional Balancing almost two years ago when Pam Killeen came to one of my WAPF chapter meetings to give a talk.  It peaked my curiosity immediately.  I had been dealing with minor health issues my whole life (which only seemed to be getting worse) and when I discovered Dr. Price’s work through the Weston A. Price Foundation, I thought I had finally figured out the missing piece.  Going back to traditional foods would be all I would need to solve these problems and  experience radiant health.  Or was it?
